6 Great Exercises to Help Prevent Varicose Veins

While varicose veins can undoubtedly be hereditary, some great exercises will help prevent them from occurring. For those of you who didn’t know, varicose veins come as a result of poor circulation. Like rocking your feet and leg lifts, this is something that can be done at your leisure while you’re relaxing at home. Propping your legs up when you’re sitting is another ideal way to promote circulation when resting/working at your desk.
